The Laundry (R)Evolution reaches its completion: Tonello unveils it at Kingpins Show Amsterdam

On the occasion of the upcoming spring edition of Kingpins Show Amsterdam, Tonello is ready to unveil the final chapter of its revolutionary Laundry (R)Evolution: a new era for garment finishing, defined by simplicity, digital innovation, and sustainability.

• At the heart of this transformation is THE Laser 2.0, the next-generation laser technology designed by designers, for designers. It delivers ultra-fast and highly precise marking, eliminates human error, and streamlines every stage of the creative process.
• Completing the process is the All-in-One System, the most advanced washing machine ever created by Tonello: a compact ecosystem that combines four responsible technologies to maximize performance and reduce resource consumption.
• Another essential piece of the puzzle is the new Tonello Dryers range, entirely developed and manufactured in-house. Eight versatile models equipped with cutting-edge solutions such as high-permeability drums for faster drying, enhanced airflow for reduced consumption, and inverter-driven transmission for optimal recipe control. All models are Heat Pump Ready, meaning they are designed for the integration of heat pumps to significantly cut energy use and emissions.

Collections that speak the language of the Laundry (R)Evolution: measurable, visionary, authentic

To demonstrate the full potential of the Laundry (R)Evolution, Tonello will unveil a collection created entirely using this approach. Each garment will be accompanied by real-time data provided by Metro, detailing water, energy, and CO₂ consumption—tangible metrics for a more conscious and responsible production process.

Alongside the main collection, the exhibition will feature “Engineered Illusions”, a capsule collection developed exclusively with THE Laser 2.0. These finishes reproduce traditional effects -such as washing, textures, and ozone-inspired fades- with astonishing realism, but without the use of chemicals, opening up new creative paths with minimal environmental impact.

In the field of garment dyeing, the spotlight will be on the new edition of the Sulfur Essence collection, developed using DyeMate: the world’s first system for garment dyeing with indigo, now also compatible with sulfur and VAT dyes. This innovative collection experiments with unprecedented dyeing combinations within the same bath, followed by bold washes and finishes -even on unconventional fabrics- pushing the boundaries of garment dyeing.

To round out the experience, visitors will be invited to explore THE BOXES, where Tonello will present a new chapter of its traveling concept project: DENIM RENAISSANCE: The Beauty of Time. This collection reimagines denim as a living artifact, constantly evolving both aesthetically and technically. A previously unseen vision: refined, essential, timeless.
