THE Laser Manifesto

THE Laser Manifesto is a tribute to Italian art and culture, re-imagined in a contemporary light through the most advanced laser technology. This exclusive collection blends tradition and innovation, transforming iconic statues, sculptures, paintings, and frescoes into uniquely designed creations. At the heart of the project lies THE Laser Lab, our cutting-edge laser system designed for shops and labs. With exceptional precision, THE Laser Lab brings intricate details, high-resolution graphics, and extraordinary textures to life, turning your garments into true wearable works of art.

Metamorphosis: True Italian Workwear

With Metamorphosis – True Italian Workwear, we reinterpret iconic Italian workwear by blending traditional craftsmanship with Tonello's responsible technologies. The result is a collection that refreshes these everyday garments, transforming them into unique pieces of contemporary design, while never losing sight of the value of those who wear them daily. Traditional workwear, often considered "humble," is now elevated through a new aesthetic, thanks to innovations like DyeMate and Laundry (R)Evolution. Through this collection, we aim to restore dignity and beauty to the everyday, turning workwear into a symbol of strength and modernity, merging craftsmanship with innovation.

One Denim pt.II | 2024

The One Denim Collection celebrates the power of simplicity, versatility, and sustainability. Created in partnership with The Kingpins Show, this collection showcases how a single fabric, Cone Denim’s Stout, can transform into a variety of silhouettes, each unique yet interconnected. Co-designed by renowned denim specialist Piero Turk and Cone, each creation was then treated with Tonello's responsible technologies to enhance the texture with minimal environmental impact.

Sulfur Essence

Introducing the Sulfur Essence Collection: a groundbreaking achievement in indigo garment dyeing with DyeMate. This unique collection combines sulfur and indigo dyes to achieve a rich, vintage-inspired look, paying homage to traditional Italian workwear. Each piece captures the essence of heritage aesthetics while embracing innovative dyeing techniques, creating timeless garments with an authentic, lived-in feel. Sulfur Essence bridges the past and present, blending classic style with contemporary craftsmanship for a collection that embodies both authenticity and sophistication.

MSP Collection | 2024

MSP collection represents the continuous Sustainable Innovation efforts of the denim manufacturing industry and is meant to inspire denim developers and denim lovers on the beauty of sustainability. The 2024 edition -inspired by “Dune”- was developed together with Denim House and Kingpins Show, designed by Piero Turk and Serena Conti, and processed in our Tonello R&D center with responsible finishing technologies.

Indigo Essence

The age-old tradition of indigo dyeing, typical of Egypt, India, and China, has made that intense blue a symbol of beauty and nobility. With DyeMate technology, we evoke this ancient practice through a collection that celebrates its beauty and purity, but with a modern and contemporary touch.

One Denim pt.I | 2024

An initiative that aims to combat industry waste by demonstrating how much variety can be achieved with a single fabric using the latest finishing technologies. The fabrics are from Kaltex, designed by Piero Turk and processed by Tonello.

Pattern

The magic of our patterns unfolds through the fusion of laser technology and limitless creativity. Each fabric becomes a canvas on which the laser traces intricate patterns, creating an explosion of unique designs and precise details. The collection embodies tailoring innovation, merging the modern with the traditional in a mix of styles and aesthetics.

Patches

Our exclusive Patches collection brings a unique fashion experience to life, enriching garments with customized details thanks to THE Laser Lab. Precision-cut denim patches add a distinctive and personal touch to each piece. A perfect blend of style and individuality.

Overdyed

The Overdyed collection embodies the sophisticated art of color. Garments, subjected to the OBleach process, are subsequently overdyed in a vibrant range of colors. Finally, thanks to the use of the most advanced finishing technologies, such as ozone, we create surprising contrasts, imparting a dynamic and unique elegance.

Sunfaded

The sunfaded collection transforms the natural fading process of garments exposed to the sun into refined art. Thanks to the innovative O-Zone cabinet, the garments exhibit localized and precise fading effects. What might seem like a flaw becomes a distinctive feature, creating a unique and unusual aesthetic.

Tie-Dye

The tie-dye collection celebrates the iconic technique of the '70s, transforming it with a modern touch. Thanks to the innovative fusion of dyeing technologies and the use of ozone, we create garments with unprecedented psychedelic style. The harmony between tradition and innovation is evident in each piece, offering an inimitable aesthetic.

Woodstock

On the occasion of the fiftieth anniversary of the Woodstock festival, we have created a dedicated collection as a tribute to those 4 days that shook the youth (and not only) world: an unrepeatable happening of music, flowers, peace, rain, mud, nature, love, freedom, and... denim, naturally.

Japan

Japan, an endless source of inspiration for designers and brands of all kinds, comes to life in this collection. We wanted to capture the essence of its unique aesthetics, reinterpreting the charm of the Land of the Rising Sun with motifs, graphics, and looks that freely evoke its timeless beauty and fascinating culture.

Breakages

Ripped denim, a symbol of style and rebellion for decades, becomes the protagonist in this collection. Thanks to Ripper Option technology, we are able to create perfect laser breakages that maintains the strength, integrity, and above all, the texture of the fabric.

Natural Dyeing

Since ancient times, natural dyes have adorned clothing, furnishings, and given strength and identity to entire peoples. Our collection revolutionizes this practice with the Wake system, which uses authentic infusions obtained from plant waste, plants and flowers, thus bringing this tradition into the present with elegance and sustainability.

Vintage

The vintage collection blends the timeless charm of the past with modern finishing technologies. The garments recreate the typical effects and wear of worn denim, such as whiskers and natural abrasions, offering a fusion of old and modern. A tribute to nostalgia without compromising on quality and innovation.
